[Halld] Update on operations and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Beam is still not in Hall D. Accelerator has made good progress on RF separation, we can say they are 3/4 done and the indications are that the beam separation has been well improved. They still have between an estimated of 2-4h of work on the separation system. Meanwhile, beam tuning is continuing. Beam is well tuned up to 2-pass, so there are still 3.5 passes for which the tuning needs to be refined. (The beam is already tuned up to 5-pass, but not to Physics-quality standards). We may get beam late in the evening today, but the odds are small. It is more likely that we will get it later, hopefully Saturday morning. 

Shifts are on Standby until midnight today (Friday). Regular shifts starts Saturday at 0:00. I will let you know if there is any change.
