[Halld] Update on operations and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator has completed the commissioning of the RF separator with success. The beam tuning is going slowly, however, with some difficulties at 1.5 pass. In addition, a vacuum problem developed an hour ago. The source of the problem is still unknown and being diagnosed. This brings further delays for hall D beam operation. Consequently, shifts are on Standby until tomorrow noon (Saturday). Regular shifts start Saturday at noon. 

The RC meeting is currently still planned for tomorrow (Saturday), 10am.
