[Halld] Update on operations and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator has completed fixing the vacuum problem. Unfortunately, this involved dismounting part of the RF separator and CEBAF does not have for now the capability to run both Hall A at 5 passes and Hall D. The beam tuning is starting now, with delivery to Hall A only. We will be discussing tomorrow morning what will be the plan for Hall A and D. 

There is no change regarding shifts: shifts are still on standby until Monday 8am, with regular shifts starting at 8am.

There is no information yet on how long it will take to fix the faulty part of the RF separator and if it can be remounted before the end of the Fall run. We may know more tomorrow.

Our Monday RC meeting will be at 8:45 in A110.
