[Halld] Update on operations and shifts

Dear Collaborators,

With accelerator not being able to run both Hall D and Hall A at five pass, it was decided to run Hall A only, at least until after Thanksgiving. The solenoid magnet will be ramped down this morning and the Hall is going back to restricted access. Curtis, Matt and Eugene will be discussing with JLab's management to see what will be the plan after Thanksgiving. At the moment, the situation is still unclear.

All shifts are cancelled until Monday, Nov. 28th, 8am. (Shift are cancelled, not on standby. If you had shifts, you do not need anymore to stay on site in case of recall.)

There will be no RC meeting tomorrow. I will send a notice to let you know when the next RC meeting will be held.
