[Halld] GlueX shifts cancelled until Nov. 22nd.

Dear Collaborators,

There will be some further delay to the start of the GlueX run. This is because the replacement parts to repair the broken arc 7 power supply will arrive later than expected. The soonest the accelerator can be done with the repairs seems to be around the thanksgiving break. 

Consequently the Oct. 31st - Nov. 22nd (night shift) shifts are now cancelled, and the Nov. 22nd (day shift) - Nov 28th (night shift) shifts are now on standby. (Standby means that the shift crew should be close to JLab and ready to come to shift on short notice).
