[Halld] Monday shifts on standby

Dear GlueX-Collaborators,

According to the updated MCC schedule, the soonest we can have a photon beam is early Tuesday. Consequently, all the Monday shifts are now in standby.

We will decide tomorrow at the 8:45am meeting the status of the Tuesday shifts. For now, they are still regular shifts.
