[Halld] Tuesday shifts on standby

Dear GlueX-Collaborators,

MCC is still struggling in tuning the beam. They had to go back to arc 5. In order to allow the start of physics data taking, they decided to focus on delivering the beam to Hall C, which requires for now only 2 passes (already achieved), rather than Hall D (5.5 passes). The soonest we can have a photon beam is then early Wednesday. Consequently, all the Tuesday shifts are now in standby.

Wednesday shifts remains regular shifts for now.
