[Halld] Hall D shift status

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

Accelerator is still trying to fix the problem with the separator, with some guarded optimism that they may have a solution. Fixing and testing the separator will go on until early tomorrow morning, when an assessment on the reliability of the separation will be made. Then, if successful, they will start re-tuning the beam to Hall D. Consequently:

Shifts are canceled until Wednesday 8am. The Wedesnday day shift (8am-4pm) is on standby. Thereafter, Shifts remain regular.
