[Halld] Hall D status

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

The problem with the 5th-pass separator appears to come from the devices powering the warm cavities (IoT). Accelerator experts believe that these IoT display arc faults that make them trip. Today, they will change the fault setting and, if it seems to solve the problem, they will hook up the cavities to a dummy load to see if they can be run reliably overnight. If that is the case, then Hall D will be back in the program, with possibly re-establishing the beam to Hall D during Tuesday day.

(Due to this new development, the access to investigates the IoT mentioned in the RC meeting has been postponed indefinitely)

Consequently:

Shifts are canceled until Tuesday 4pm. Thereafter, they remain regular shifts.
