[Halld] No RC meeting today, brief status update.

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

Their is no change in the schedule: attempting beam delivery to Hall D is still planned for Tuesday swing. Today's RC meeting is cancelled, as are the week-end meetings.

The outlook on the 5th-pass separator is good: after dismounting the system and cleaning it, their was no arcing in the IoT cavity during the whole night. So, RF and accelerator people are hopeful that they will have a working 5th-pass separator for early next week.
