[Halld] Hall D run update.

Dear GlueX Collaborators,

RF experts have been able to run the 5th pass separator IoT without arcs during the week-end. It is good news for us. Beam delivery to Hall D is expected for sometime later today (Monday). 

The shifts are on standby until 4pm (Monday). After that, they are regular shifts.
