Dear collaborators,

Some persons have asked about an SAF113 Hall D safety walkthrough
training during the collaboration meeting. It appears that the
accelerator will be down on Thursday Feb 16. Let me know if you need the
training and your availability. I will try to arrange a schedule for
those that need it.

Thanks, Elton.

However, it depends on the accelerator schedule because the hall must be open and we won't know the actual schedule till the event approaches.

However, I am aware that I need to complete a set of trainings before I can actually take shifts, and one of these trainings is the Hall D walkthrough administered by you and colleagues. So I am writing to ask you if I can schedule a walkthrough session with you. In terms of the timing, I will be coming to JLab for the collaboration meeting in Feb, so preferably it’d be great if I can do the walkthrough, along with other on-campus trainings, while I am down there.
