[Halld] NO calibration meeting

Dear Collaborators,

As was discussed in the Collaboration meeting yesterday, there will be no
more dedicated calibration meetings.  A summary of calibration efforts will
be presented at the new Analysis & Production meeting, and detailed
discussions will continue in the run meeting and detector working group
meetings.
