[Halld] Open House Volunteers for Hall-D

Hi All,

  It is that time that comes only once every two years. You will have seen the memo asking for
volunteers for the Open House. Since Hall-D will again be a stop, we need to make sure we fill
up enough slots to (wo)man the counting house and Hall-D proper. 

  As in the past, we have slots for Engineers/Designers, Technicians, and Physicists. The public
will have questions that require expertise in all areas so we want to be prepared.

  I expect EVERYONE to volunteer for a shift. Only those with a note rom their mother that has 
a really, really good reason may be excused from the event!

  Users who will be onsite on May 19th are also strongly encouraged to sign up. This really is an
excellent opportunity to interact with the community who pays for the lab. Think of it like
pledge week.

  I will send more details about the Hall-D specific parts of the event in the coming weeks.
