[Halld] Hall D Wednesday shifts/start run status

Dear Collaborators,

The beam will is not expected to come Wednesday morning as originally scheduled. Accelerator is trying to bring up a presently by-passed cavity to reduce the RF trip rate, which is only marginally acceptable at the moment (10 trips/h for pulse beam circulating up to 4 pass).

Consequently, the Wednesday 08/22/2018 shifts are cancels until 8am.

We should know more tomorrow morning (Tuesday 08/21) and decide on the status of the remaining Wednesday shifts.
