[Halld] Hall D start run/shifts status

Dear Collaborators,

The expectation is that beam will be sent to the Hall D tagger dump sometimes this evening/tonight. Then during next day (Wednesday), beam delivery to Halls B and C will be set-up, with physics quality beam expected for Halls B,C,D Wednesday evening if things go well (Hall A is scheduled to come online only on Sept. 12th). 
If a problem occurs during Halls B and C set-up and accelerator needs to mull over it, then Hall D may get physics beam a bit earlier.
Consequently:

* Hall D will be locked-up late afternoon or in the evening.

* The Wednesday 08/22/2018 shifts between 8am-4pm are on standby. (Earlier shifts are cancels).

* We start regular shifts on Wednesday 08/22/2018, 4pm.

If your shift is on standby, please email me and the PDL (Benedikt Zihlmann, zihlmann at jlab.org) your contact (phone) number in case you need to be called to shift.
