[Halld] Hall D start run/shifts status

Dear Collaborators,

The expectation is that beam will be sent to the Hall D tagger dump sometimes this evening/tonight, following by setting-up beam delivery to Halls B and C. 

Physics quality beam expected for Halls B,C,D tomorrow (Thursday 08/23/2018) as soon as early afternoon. Consequently:

* Hall D will be locked-up late afternoon or in the evening.

* Shifts are on standby until tomorrow (Thursday) noon.

* We start regular shifts on Thursday 08/23/2018, noon.

If your shifts are on standby and you have not already done so, please email me and the PDL (zihlmann at jlab.org) your contact (phone) number in case you need to be called to shift.
