[Halld] Hall D locked-up today at 3pm

Dear Collaborators,

Good progress has been reported at today's MCC 8:00 meeting, with beam now up to arc 9. Hall D will close at 3pm today for DC power checks. Accelerator is requesting that Hall D stays locked-up, so that they can finalize the tune. We should be able to be in Controlled Access tomorrow during the day (Tuesday 10th, up to 4pm). Then the hall will be in beam permit for the final tuning. 

Please let me know as soon as possible if you have tasks that you will need to do in the Hall during tomorrow's controlled access.

Our next RC meeting will be tomorrow at 8:45, in room A110.
