[Halld] Early start for Hall D. RC meeting today at 9am

Dear Collaborators,

Accelerator has made very good progress in restoring the beam and tuning it on the tagger dump. They expect that we can start physics sometimes this evening. We will have a RC meeting today at 9:00am in room A110 to discuss this. I apologize for the very short notice. 

We will also need volunteers to man shifts. A specific email will be sent calling for volunteers.
