[Halld] Proposed low photon energy measurements

Hi,

We have a tentative plan to discuss the 7GeV test runs during the morning
RC meeting on Monday.   The regular business will have to be compressed in
order to fit it in.
If the RC meeting time is not convenient then the meeting really needs to
happen later on Monday if we are going to start the test runs on
Wednesday.

Do you have any questions or concerns about the proposal

If so, it would be good to send these to Sean and Justin so that they have
time to work on them before Monday.

So far the weekend running has been mostly smooth.
