[Halld] Help when locked out of your JLab account

Folks,

Matt's experience is ubiquitous. There is this from a Service Now 
incident I sent in a month ago:

Mark,

We are seeing a large number of bad login attemtpts to our Office 365 
instance. As these attempts always fail (they are attemtps to hack into 
our accounts) and we send authentication requests to JLab, accoutns will 
sometimes get locked due to invalid logins. We've made several changes 
in order to mitigate this issue, but it still happens occassionally.
