[Halld] Help when locked out of your JLab account

I have seen the same thing happen, about three-four times since the beginning of the year. Usually in the evening or on weekends…

As a short follow-up/explanatory note to this:  on various occasions (about 3-5 times over the last month) I get spontaneously locked out of the secure GlueX web space.  It means I cannot access anything in the private Wiki, document database, or logbook.  I have verified that I am typing in password correctly.  After some time tens of minutes to an hour (typically after the need for access has passed!) things recover with no intervention.
