[Halld] gluon OS upgrade

Hi All,

  This is a reminder that we are now upgrading the OS on the computers in the Hall-D counting house
from RHEL6 to RHEL7.6. Access will be spotty over the next week or two.

At some point we will upgrade the RAID servers as well. I believe we should be able to preserve the
data on the RAID partitions themselves, however, please do not assume that is the case. If you have
any data on the RAID servers that needs to be backed up, then please do so. Similarly for the gluonwork1
server.

Note that this does NOT pertain to anything on the CUE (e.g. ifarm).
