[Halld] Update on the start of Spring run

Dear Collaborators,


There is an additional delay for the start of the physics program. Beam for physics is now expected to come after, Feb. 5th. The reason, as Friday's email from the JLab director explained, is because not enough acceleration is provided by the cavities to accommodate the Hall C physics program. To fix this, some cavities are now undergoing Helium processing


As a consequence, the shifts as been cancelled until February 5th.
