[Halld] Run preparation meeting tomorrow (Friday 22nd)

Dear Collaborators,

We will have a run preparation meeting tomorrow (Friday 11/22/2019) at 8:45am EST in room A110.

We will discuss the HCO status (need to be completed by the end of Friday) and the run plan, updated for the week delay in the start time.

We will also meet Monday morning (Nov. 25th) for an update on the CEBAF preparation, and to discuss our readiness status.
