[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Re: Run update. Shifts Monday/Tuesday owl on standby

Hello all,

After a closer look at the numbers, we will not be able to run with the
coherent edge at 8.8GeV during the coming run. At an endpoint energy of
11.41 GeV, the range covered by the tagger microscope at its current
position on the focal plane is:

7.730 - 8.730 GeV

I would recommend at least a gap of 100 MeV between the coherent edge and
the edge of the microscope so that we can still see the full coherent edge,
even as the diamond degrades. I think a safe place to put it would be 8.600
GeV.
