[Halld] [EXTERNAL] shifts on standby through 8:00am tomorrow (Tuesday)

Dear colleagues,

An accident occurred today during an opportunistic access that resulted in
the partial disablement of the readout for one of the upstream BCAL
modules. Repairs are planned that involve the replacement of the damaged
hardware with a spare. The decision has been made to ramp down the solenoid
so that the damaged module can be safely replaced with a minimum of risk.
The ramp-down will take 8 hours, so repairs are expected to take place
first thing tomorrow morning. Following successful testing, the plan is to
begin ramping up the solenoid again sometime tomorrow. The target is being
emptied, and shifts are placed on stand-by until tomorrow morning at 8:00.
