[Halld] Access to different buildings during MEDCON5

Hi all,

An urgent questions: do the users need access to JLab buildings apart from the counting house in order to support the beam operations? Are there parts and spares for FCAL, DIRC and CompCal stored somewhere, that are in control of the users?

Reminder: people are not supposed to come to the Lab to do data analysis.
