[Halld] Local meetings

Dear colleagues,

For a test of what is coming and for a preventive measure I suggest that more people connect to the meetings remotely (from the office or from wherever). This is my recommendation. There is no Lab's, or ENP's policy on that yet.

It is particularly worth checking whether the attendies can contribute connecting from home.

At MEDCON5 the counting house communication equipment should still be available. I suppose that the other conference rooms will not be.
