In light of our desire to maximize social distancing, and to minimize the possibility of exposure of accelerator operations staff:

- Entrance into the control room will be tightly managed. The front door of the control room is roped off. If you want to enter you must request access approval from the crew chief. Do not enter until your request to enter is approved. You will only be granted access if you have accelerator operations related business.

- Morning meetings in the MCC will be held in the conference room, not the control room.

- Attend the meetings if you must; if your presence isn't required, please stay away. Read the summary in the logbook.

- We will make the meetings available using BlueJeans. It might be a little rough tomorrow as we attempt it for the first time. If there are problems, please be patient...we'll get better.
