Hello everyone,
Beni, Josh, Bill and Alex (among others) have access to 118. Our procedures are to have only a few people perform the replacements of electronics during the day shift and log the changes in JInventory.
We can coordinate our access to the lab to perform the needed replacements - we are available.
Best regards and be safe,
Fernando

Hi Eugene,
We need access to EEL building for spares for controls and other electronics. I also have a minicrate
with a controller in my office which we may need as spare, although very unlikely.
Beni, I do have the key to room 118.
Hovanes.

In case a HV modules needs replacement I know how to do that. In case of a LV module
we may need some online assistance with regards to configuration.

Hi all,
An urgent questions: do the users need access to JLab buildings apart from the counting house in order to support the beam operations? Are there parts and spares for FCAL, DIRC and CompCal stored somewhere, that are in control of the users?
Reminder: people are not supposed to come to the Lab to do data analysis.
Thanks,
Eugene
