[Halld] GlueX NIM paper available for final inspection / respond by tomorrow Thu at noon

The GlueX NIM draft has been approved by the JLab internal review. 
Please send me any corrections to the current draft by tomorrow at noon. 
I plan to submit the paper to the arXiv tomorrow afternoon.
