[Halld] [New Logentry] RC Daily Update

We continued production data taking on the carbon target throughout the day yesterday and overnight. There was some downtime (~2h) due to 3rd pass RF separator issue during the Early Riser shift. 

Sasha made a Controlled Access to replace a FCAL FADC that caused some downtime for the experiment this morning (~4h). The issue was observed after the beam recovery from the RF issue showing that the livetime was around 5%, and there was a 4x4 hole in the FCAL.
