[Halld] Target change tomorrow (Friday)

Dear colleagues,

It was decided this morning tho change the target from LD to L4He. The change is planned for tomorrow. Overall, the procedure takes at least 12h but much of the time will be to warm the target and then cool it back down once 4He is in. We plan to keep the Hall closed and take beam during these times (A. Somov has some tests to run).

The work on the target itself, in the Hall, can be done in rapid controlled access (no RadCon support needed) and with the solenoid on as it is now.
