Dear Susan,

So far I have not seen a detailed explanation on the users shift taking during MEDCON4. For example - if they can come before the run to do walkthoughs.  I hope it all will be clarified soon.

Transition to MEDCON3 would solve all these issues, and it may be expected at the beginning of September.

Hi Eugene,

fyi, last month I registered for a visit, with the purpose of doing shifts in Hall B and D. It is not approved but nicely kept on ice. I was told that onsite access is limited until MEDCON 3 is reached.

This will be sufficient for those coming to do shifts.

Those who need to come for other purposes, as for checking out or installing equipment before the run, need to be approved by Associate Director. A list of the currently approved users is attached. Please send me the names of other users  from this category. I am planning to send this list to the management on July 12.
