[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Re: Access to the Lab before and during the run

Hi Eugene,

fyi, last month I registered for a visit, with the purpose of doing shifts in Hall B and D. It is not approved but nicely kept on ice. I was told that onsite access is limited until MEDCON 3 is reached.
