[Halld] Access to the Lab before and during the run

There is a clarification: those who want to come on site before the run to do training as walkthroughs should be included in the list approved by AD. I need to know their names before Monday. And, they should already be in the JLab list of active users.

Dear colleagues,

All new and returning users have to register at:
https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/

This will be sufficient for those coming to do shifts.

Those who need to come for other purposes, as for checking out or installing equipment before the run, need to be approved by Associate Director. A list of the currently approved users is attached. Please send me the names of other users  from this category. I am planning to send this list to the management on July 12.
