[Halld] SRC run plan

Hi,

We are going to discuss the SRC run plan
at the end of the PrimEx run coordination
meeting tomorrow (on Friday). Some people
from the SRC group are planning  to join
the meeting.

We will start SRC run coordination meetings
on Monday next week (the same time, 8:45).
We set up a wiki page for the RC meetings similar
to other experiments, it is linked to the Hall D
meeting page. The meeting  ID will be updated
 shortly.
