Subject: Site Access Restrictions Start This Weekend

Just a reminder that any employee or user that has not submitted a vaccination record OR a negative COVID-19 test taken this week will have their site access disabled effective at 6 am on 6 November.

Undisclosed employees are receiving this alert message:



On Saturday, Nov. 6 at 6 a.m., any employee who has not submitted a COVID-19 vaccination record or a COVID-19 test result will be designated as undisclosed. Undisclosed employees may only come on-site if they participate in our weekly on-site COVID-19 testing program and have a negative test result. The on-site COVID-19 testing begins on Wednesday Nov 3.   To obtain a test please make an appointment through the Aura scheduling app (see all hands communication from October  21 for details).  If you fail to test your badge will be automatically disabled.  If you choose to provide a test from an outside provider results must be submitted to the OMC secure drop box by 4:00 pm on Fridays.





With the experimental run underway you may want to double check that all users who are scheduled for shifts this weekend and next week are prepared.
