[Halld] [New Logentry] Some expected downtime starting ~> 8 am

MCC will start Wien angle change shortly after 8 am meeting. That will be followed by a pass change for hall a. Total time for this might be up to 4 hrs.

I know about the following persons with interest for accessing the hall:

Kondo: quick repositioning of a parasitic detector; this seems to be a few minute operation and should be able to take place
Sasha & Co.: set up EIC calorimeter prototype;  this is a longer project and should only be started if you can back out of it if beam comes back early or beam delivery happens between Wien and pass change.
Mark: Hall D safety training; we might be able to squeeze this in
