[Halld] [New Logentry] Early Riser shifts on Monday are canceled

The Expert and Worker Early Riser shifts that start at 4am on Monday, February 6th are also canceled. The Expert and Worker Day shifts that start at 10am on Monday, February 6th, are now on standby. Mondays Swing shift  personnel need to report to the counting house as scheduled.
