[Halld] [EXTERNAL] Shifts Cancelled Until Monday

Hello everyone,

Since the sooner we are expecting beam is on Monday, we are emptying the target, and we will cancel shifts until the Owl shift of Monday. The Day shift on Monday will be placed on standby.
