Dear all,
We will meet Tuesday at 9:30am (EST) via Zoom: https://mit.zoom.us/j/97008559046<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__mit.zoom.us_j_97008559046&d=DwMGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=NNRUDg2C8cJitJ467evUCKcfCgAu8FJaa8E-U6WOa6I&m=OffH7_oajH3Vlk4jkNDHoo1Hgp5GozvspHVELXTPzdw&s=ZU6l6H4qstJujS9pwaEdIw0DHidVo4RgMoomLqjvLfA&e=>
This will be our last meeting before the start of the run at which point we will dissolve this weekly meeting into the daily RC meeting (usual Hall D time at 8:45) and our daily analysis meetings (at 2pm via the zoom link above).
Please sign up for shifts if you are able to do so: https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLD-SRCCT
Also, if you will be taking shifts in person, you will need to obtain the hall D walk-through training. The next planned training for this is this upcoming Friday, Nov 5th. You can reach out to Mark Dalton or Elton Smith (elton at jlab.org<mailto:elton at jlab.org>) to get on the list. If you will arrive later in the run period, please let me know when you plan to arrive and when you plan to take shifts so that we can coordinate your training ahead of your shift.
Please be certain that if you are taking remote shifts, that you have read and signed the documents and are prepared for the remote connections as linked in our run wiki:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Run_Wiki
If you are taking in-person shifts, you can sign having read the documents when you arrive to the Hall D counting house (but you can read ahead of time).
Thanks,
Holly
