[Halld_src] Details from Hall D SRC/CT meeting this morning

Dear all,

I wanted to send out the details we discussed in our meeting today:

  1.  We have daily analysis meetings already ongoing at 2pm in F326. Bluejeans connection is https://bluejeans.com/773909590/1171
  2.  Plan to join the RC meeting at https://bluejeans.com/348194990 on Thursday and Friday morning this week at 8:45. Starting next week, we will have a new bluejeans meeting ID that I will post to our run wiki and will email out on Friday afternoon. Sasha will present our run plan on Friday morning.
  3.  If you are on site and plan to take shifts at the counting house, you will need Hall D walk through training. If you need this training, the first opportunity will be this upcoming Friday (time is TBD) hosted by either Elton Smith or Mark Dalton (in cc above). Please contact them both if you need this training to be on the list.
  4.  For those taking remote worker shifts, I contacted everyone individually who is taking shift next week with the instructions I re-post here at the bottom of this e-mail.
  5.  We anticipate the start of beam delivery sometime on Monday day shift.
