Hi Michael,

This is just a reminder about the meeting we scheduled for Tuesday Jun
22 at 8:30 our time. We should discuss the progress of your evaluation
of the possibility to adjust the module assembly process as well as my
progress on the HFCB and any progress Saptarshi has on the mechanical
design.

One of the issues Saptarshi and I have addressed is the cooling tab
which will be built into the module. We have research suitable screws or
bolts needed to fasten the HFCB to the cooling tab. Using standard
length screws we have found that length will be an issue if the tab is
split into two parts as shown in the drawing I sent you on 5/26. We do
not wish to use nuts and bolts, we would prefer to tap the metal cooling
tab and insert bolts into it. I have provided 3 bolt holes in the HFCB
design on each side (which are offset) and soon I will give the pattern
to Saptarshi to include in the tab design. Saptarshi also mentions
splitting the tab may present alignment issues because the tab is the
upstream mount for the module. We do realize this is all subject to the
possibility of you being able to adjust your module assembly plan, if
you have any suggestions let us know in the meeting and we can make
adaptations to the design.

Thanks
Marc
