[Hbi-svt] Sketches for Maurizio

Hi Saptarshi,

We are preparing some sketches for Maurizio so he will have dimensions 
to do simulations. Unless you have an objection to it, we will use 
Cyril's mockup stave support from Sept 2008 to give rough dimensions of 
the cooling components. Here are the 4 layouts we would like to consider 
for simulation, what would help us is you could give a location for the 
downstream face of the cold plate in each (dimension from target 
center), we can then extrapolate the length needed for the cooling "L" 
block. After we complete the sketches, we will give them to you so that 
you can review the numbers for the engineering/cooling components.
