[Hbi-svt] Gap between adjacent Si sensors

Hi Amrit,

Marc, Brian and I had a discussion about a slightly modified version of 
the stave heat sink. I think the two of them spoke to you about it 
already. This simplifies the geometry of the heat sink significantly. 
The stave however, is a little thicker which would increase the gaps 
between adjacent top layers of sensors.

The gaps (between the adjacent top layers) with this design are the 
following:

Region 1 -- 2.657 mm
Region 2 -- 1.968 mm
Region 3 -- 1.609 mm

The gaps between the bottom layers are in 0.3 mm range.

Please let us know, if this is alright physics-wise, so we can proceed 
with this design.
