[Hbi-svt] Gap between adjacent Si sensors

Hi Saptarshi,

I spoke with Amrit yesterday about the length of the FR4 pcb under the 
silicon and it will have to be trimmed back to so that it does not 
extend into the active area. I'll adjust the drawing and resend.
