[Hbi-svt] New PA design

Hi Miguel,

The mechanical guys are happy now that the size is the same as the sensor and all the fiducial marks line up :)

There are a few issues with the latest design (I've made a layer in the DXF called corrections with measurements if you want to reference what I'm trying to explain):

For the larger pad every 10th strip, you've started from the right-most pad as pad 1 while the sensor starts with the left.
The sensor side pads need to be shifted 11.842 microns to the right.
The left chip side pads need to be shifted 5.9995 microns to the right. There are also 2 pads that have a different spacing, but I don't think 0.0005 microns will effect anything ;-)
The right chip side pads need to be shifted 5.7747 microns to the left.

Both hybrid side bias pads need to be moved. However, I've yet to get an answer on where they would like them to be placed: symmetric or centered on the hybrid bias pad. The measurement I have placed is for centered on the pad, making them symmetric would have them both moved 1436.34945 microns. As soon as that is decided I'll be sure to let you know.

We didn't talk about that but I am assuming that this is the correct one given that the hybrid is symmetrical (almost). Anyway, I have left the previous one in case you want it like this. Let me know which you prefer and I will remove the other one.
