[Hps-analysis] Preliminary 1.5mm (10% all data) reach

Hi everyone,

I realized as soon as I showed my slide today, that in my effort to clean
up some of my plots, I had scaled my reach plot by an additional 10% (and I
know from the counts I had seen before that this was not consistent).

Here's the attached plot of all 1.5mm data from the 2015 run with layer 1
hits for both tracks. I'm curious to see what more we can obtain if I can
loosen this layer 1. I'll clean up and post the relevant cut plots and post
it to the agenda for today.

This is assuming that the mass resolution is the same for the larger
opening angle (I'll check into this). This also assumes a Zmax of 40 mm
(which I also need to check with simulation). At any rate, I would not
expect this to dramatically change the results shown here.
